Return
We actually assume that you as a collector know what you are ordering and cannot actually suggest
That the model you ordered is not to your liking.
However, should this occur, JMBmodels will comply with the legal requirements regarding returns,
as stated in the “right of return” for consumers.
Consumers are given a guaranteed and unconditional right of rescission for up to 14 days after receipt of the products when making an online or physical purchase.
Return Policy
– Returns or exchanges can only be made within 14 days.
– The product must be new and unused.
– The product must be undamaged.
– No attempt was made to correct any defect.
– The product must be in its original packaging.
– The serial number must be the same as supplied.
How can I return?
Returns can be made in 2 different ways:
1. You can send the return to our store.
2. You can return the return to our store.
How does returning work
1. Contact us, you can only return after our approval never just send anything back.
2. Pack the product properly and securely with the original packaging. This way, the chance of damage is minimized.
3. Return the package via a PostNL point near you or bring it to us.
4. After the return is received by us in good order and without defects, the full purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 5 business days.
You are responsible for damage or disappearance of the package during return. Therefore, we always recommend sending it back with insurance and track & trace code.
Cost of return shipping will be reimbursed only if there are damage/warranty cases.
Inspection of the purchased item
After receiving the model, we have the right to inspect a model just as you did upon receipt
Should we find any irregularities we will contact you.
Upon receipt and inspection of the model, JMBmodels will refund the amount within 14 days.
Guarantees
You are entitled to warranty when the following situation(s) occur:
The item was delivered damaged or broken.
JMBmodels is proud of the beautiful models we supply and for this reason we do everything possible to protect models as much as possible during transport.
However, unfortunately we cannot always prevent a package from arriving damaged.
Should this occur always take pictures to prove it. ( also from the outside box )
If there is damage to the model, it must be reported within 5 working days to recover the damage from the carrier.
Also, if a model comes damaged out of the box, it must be reported with photos within 5 business days so we can report it to the appropriate supplier/manufacturer. This is because then we can also recover these damages.
JMBmodels will repair or replace damaged models as soon as possible ( if possible )
Should repair or replacement not be possible the amount paid will be refunded to your bank account.
The item did not arrive.
Should a package not arrive, JMBmodels will do its utmost to get the model delivered as soon as possible. We do depend on the speed of PostNL and unfortunately this is not always very fast (can take up to 8 weeks).
Should a package really be lost we will try to replace the model sent if possible.
However, should the sender prove that the package was indeed delivered ( they show a signature for receipt ) JMBmodels cannot be held liable for this.
