What brands and scales do you offer?
We offer scale models from the brands BBR Models, Amalgam, CMC, GP Replicas, Looksmart, Matrix Models, MR Collection Models and Tecnomodel. We primarily offer 1/18 scale. However, 1/12 and 1/43 can also be ordered by special request.

Do you offer scale models that are not on the website?
However, we are constantly working to expand our range and add new models. But sometimes we miss something, if you are looking for something that is not on the site please let us know.
We can also search for models for you.
Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns within a certain period of time after receiving your order.
But never just send anything back always contact us first.
Make sure the product is returned unused and in its original packaging. Please see our return policy for more information.
My scale model was damaged in transit. Now what?
JMBmodels is proud of the beautiful models we supply and for this reason we do everything possible to protect models as much as possible during transport.
However, unfortunately we cannot always prevent a package from arriving damaged.
Should this occur please contact us immediately and always take pictures to prove it.
If there is damage to the model, it must be reported within 5 working days to recover the damage from the carrier.
Also, if a model comes damaged out of the box, it must be reported with photos within 5 business days so we can report it to the appropriate supplier/manufacturer. This is because then we can also recover these damages.
JMBmodels will replace damaged models as soon as possible ( if possible )
Should replacement not be possible, the amount paid will be refunded to your bank account.
What are the delivery times?
If the scale models are in stock, we can generally ship the models within 2 business days.
If the scale models are not in stock we will mention this already ordered for you. In that case, we will send you a message as soon as the model comes into stock.

How does the Reservation of a Model work ?
Models that are not yet available can be reserved ( Pre-order ) reservations can often be made at a substantial discount.
To provide this discount, we require a deposit of approximately 10% for Pre-orders to ensure that models are purchased as soon as they become available.
We notify immediately after models become available that the Pre-order is ready for delivery, rest payment we expect within 4 weeks of notification of availability.
Pre-order delivery times from some manufacturers are unfortunately very erratic, unfortunately we cannot influence these delivery times.
Generally, they range between 1 and 36 months but sometimes longer.
cannot or do not want to wait that long we can only recommend that you do not make a reservation.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, cancellation will void the deposit made.
Unfortunately it happens that after a Pre-order the price is increased by the manufacturer upon release of a model we have no choice but to pass on this increase in that case.
